Playing with movement, material & the senses

In this weekly class we bring attention to our body, explore our anatomy, our awareness,
and the senses. We play with the connections between our body and our surroundings
and different objects and materials.

Every evening we introduce a theme also inspired by the location where we are.

We work with materials like clay, copper, sticks, and ice and what we find on our way.
